This place has some majorly cool vibes going on. My mind was blown. Delicious food and drinks, rad live music, art being made, happy people everywhere. This was our first stop while visiting Red Rocks, and it welcomed us with open arms. Set the tone for the whole trip. We appreciate the staff and all the folks who truly made our colorado trip one to remember! Y'all are AMAZING. Keep doing what you do!!

Great and inventive combinations of Mac and cheese. Carefully crossing the road. Outside dinning only so mind the weather.

Unique dining experience in a gorgeous location. After a full day of golf in Evergreen we decided to check this place out. We had a little trouble ordering via QR code so I went downstairs to get help from an employee, but she couldn't figure it out either. We just switched to a different table and placed the order to go--the only option the QR code would allow. I was sad to see that the flights were sold out, as were multiple items. We tried a couple varieties of Mac & cheese, a salad, and pasta salad. All were good, but not great. The pasta salad was dry so I had to go ask for dressing to toss it in. Portions are large! Is this worth the scenic trip while on vacay? Yes! Would I eat here if I were local? Prob not often.

Solid four and almost five type of place. Loved the ambiance and variety of choices. The coolest thing is they have a flight option that allows you to choose three different kinds. In order of favorites I liked the Idaho, Colorado and Texas. They also had a great amount of cheese and flavor. Idaho was my favorite because the tater tots on top felt cooked to perfection. Super fun place and off the beaten path.

Delicious! The only complaining; it is SOOOOO hard to decide what to have! They do also have a "flight of Mac n cheese" so you can try three different kinds at once which is really nice and decent portion size. The three I wanted to try were not an option unfortunately so I had to go with a full size. We had the New Orleans and it was fantastic. My daughter had a veggie one (I can't remember its name) that was also amazing, which I didn't expect. We loved the combination of the flavors better than the New Orleans honestly and I would've never tried it myself if it wasn't for my teenager! The typical restaurant experience is not what you will get here. It's more evolved into a covid style ordering and delivery, but it works well and isn't hard to figure out. You connect to their WiFi, place your order in the app - they begin the magic and deliver to your table when it's ready. It was quick and easy, the restaurant is entertaining both inside and out with a gift shop and beautiful views and lawn art to check out. ***WARNING for those with disabilities, young drivers or anyone who isn't a strong driver *** this is not an easy restaurant for parking, you more then likely have to park on the other side of the VERY fast paced, busy two lane road and walk across. It can be scary, dangerous and intimidating so keep that in mind. It's on a blind hill and curve to add to the difficulty. BUT ITS WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!!! So definitely GO and eat your heart out- just be mindful about the parking and getting to the building. Remember YOU MUST USE THEIR WIFI to order or your order won't process. Because it's surrounded by mountains the signal is bad there. Have fun! We will be visiting it again in the near future! It is a 10:10 MUST TRY!

Mac Nation Cafe in Indian Hills, CO. I truly believe that anything road side is going to taste better. This roadside Mac and Cheese place has all homemade food made with love and you can really taste it! I recommend the Mac and Cheese flight so you can taste a little bit of everything. It's a super cozy perfect place for a quick bite or take out. The service is really fast and everyone is super friendly!
